The triple french door provides natural light and a connection to the backyard.
The screened transom mimics the eyebrow windows which appear in several locations on this house.
There was no way to expand this small full bathroom on the second floor but it was gutted and everything was replaced for a fresh look!
The new kitchen has much more seating than the original kitchen allowed.
The owners especially like the dusk view of this new room and suggested this time of day for the photo shoot.
Black, white and gray replaced the original yellow color scheme.

The family room and sun room on the left was an addition designed by Walzer Architecture many years ago. The kitchen is on the right behind the patio.
The first floor guest bathroom was also gutted and refurbished.
Windows were replaced, repairs were made and the formerly red shutters were painted white. Not huge changes, but a subtle update.
